👣 Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Slack

To communicate with the course management, socialize with other classmates, and ask questions, we use the web service Slack.

1. Get your student ID

2. To log in, you need to create a new account on Slack with your email address linked to your student computer account - yourstudentid@student.lnu.se.

3. Navigate to the channel #wp-intro-course in the Coursepress Workspace on Slack. Or, if you're taking this as a self-paced course, you can post questions in a relevant channel (such as #1dv025-klient or #wp).

4. If you're taking the summer course, come on over to #wp-intro-course and say hi 👋!

👥️ Slack - Central Communication Hub

Check Slack daily! This is were updates and news are broadcasted! Slack serves as the central meeting place for everyone — students and teachers alike. It's a space where you can ask questions, provide feedback about the course, and report any issues you might be facing.

🧘🏻 Discord - Your Personal Student Space

Additionally, you are encouraged to create a Discord server to discuss course topics and collaborate with your peers & fellow students. This collaborative space can support group discussions and teamwork, and provide a platform for study sessions, making it easier to collaborate and share ideas (outside of faculty supervision).
